Job summary

Techniplas in Dalton, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly staff in achieving production, quality, and safety goals. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized plant and ensuring operational readiness of injection molding processes.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent plus 3–5 years in a plastic injection molding environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 years to complete.
• 3–5 years of experience in a plastic injection molding facility; highly preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• General knowledge of plastics and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plant production by training, evaluating, and supervising hourly employees.
• Assists with equipment, tooling, and material issues and may maintain robot software.
• Performs basic start up and shut down of injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Ensures compliance with quality policies and SOPs to deliver quality products on time.
• Reviews production data and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
