Job summary

Chiyoda USA Corporation seeks a Development Lead to drive the development and validation of advanced injection molding processes. You will execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, perform DOE studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust manufacturing.

You will analyze data, optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and maintain comprehensive documentation supporting process validation and change controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 10 years in injection molding development or engineering.
• Strong understanding of polymer behavior and molding principles.
• Experience with DOE and statistical analysis (Minitab preferred).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and document processes clearly.
