Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Columbia, SC seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, administration, and sales, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.

The Manager (PIC) will assess financial performance, coordinate with owners and the corporate office, and drive initiatives to enhance care quality and revenue. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential.

Competenze

• B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to interact with staff and physicians.
• Strong computer literacy and financial/business acumen.
• Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between management and staff across departments.
• Hire, orient, and evaluate employees within company departments.
