Qualifications

• BS or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid financial understanding for running a profitable operation.
• Ability to lead, coach, and manage a diverse team.
• Experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, administrative, clerical, and sales operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial performance and strategic planning to increase revenue.
• Supervise staff, train new employees, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Ensure USP <797> compliance and quality of compounded sterile products.
• Liaise with owners and corporate office on performance and clinical initiatives.
