IES Communications is seeking a Project Lead - Infrastructure to act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. The role ensures project completion meets company and customer quality and safety standards while maintaining staff efficiency on site.
The candidate will lead major project crews, provide training, enforce safety and quality guidelines, and conduct weekly safety meetings.
The Project Lead - Infrastructure will act as the on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. The Project Lead - Infrastructure’s task will be to ensure job completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements while maintaining the efficiency of the staff assigned to the project.
Must be self‑motivated, positive, and professional, able to create, develop and implement project process improvements. Must promote company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. Must act as liaison to customer representatives, possess problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, and read, write and present orally. Must work at heights, off ladders and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds, see different colors, read small print, identify audible signals, travel within the branch or regional territory as needed, and stand and walk regularly on large job sites.

USD $36.00‑$38.00 per hour.
Superintendent – Minimum Years of Experience 2‑4, license required, no minimum education beyond high school.
