Job summary

Bedrock Robotics seeks an experienced Infrastructure leader to own corporate technology programs across multi-site deployments. You’ll partner with Finance, Field Ops, and PeopleOps to translate business needs into concrete, scalable plans and drive go‑live.

You'll define workplace technology standards for networking, AV, and office buildouts, manage vendor relationships, and own end‑to‑end delivery from first discussion to handoff.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years scoping and delivering corporate technology or business systems projects in a high-growth or multi-site environment.
• Ownership of a major business system deployment (ERP/CRM/HRIS) and ability to explain decisions.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and HCL; comfortable with infra-as-code repos, SaaS APIs, and integrations.
• Fluency in enterprise integration: SSO (SAML/OIDC), user provisioning, RESTful APIs, data flows between SaaS systems.
• Experience defining workplace tech standards for networking, AV, and site buildouts; vendor management.
• Exceptional writing and documentation skills; the document is often the product.
• Ability to discuss standards with facilities, identity engineers, and integrators.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity; own projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Field Ops, and PeopleOps to translate needs into actionable infra plans.
• Own the shared services layer; fit new tools into the environment and drive go-live.
• Build with existing tools: modify HCL, wire Zapier/Rippling workflows, or write Python Lambda.
• Define workplace tech standards for new sites and deploy across multiple cities.
• Coordinate vendors and services behind site buildouts from first talk to handoff.
• Co-author RFDs for major rollouts to ensure tools fit the company.
• Coordinate Identity and infra teams for end-to-end ownership.
• Drive evolution of standards to ensure better deployments.
