Job summary

Bedrock is seeking an Operations Test Engineer to bridge development and deployment of robotic systems. You will design and execute end-to-end test plans, build test fixtures, and analyze results to ensure performance, reliability, and readiness in real-world environments.

Collaborating with hardware, software, and operations teams, you’ll drive integration testing across subsystems and contribute to continuous improvement through RCA and post-mortems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• 2+ years in product testing, QA, or validation in robotics/hardware/automation.
• Experience designing and documenting test plans and procedures from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and execute comprehensive test plans for robotic systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams.
• Lead integration testing across subsystems (mechanical, electrical, firmware, control software).
• Analyze test data and report findings with actionable insights.
• Support design reviews and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
