Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking a construction-native business development lead to drive end-to-end partnerships with general contractors and earthwork subs. You will source, qualify, close and grow collaborations, coordinating deployment and managing ongoing relationships as our technology matures.

The ideal candidate will build real relationships on active job sites and at executive levels, and will help shape our product roadmap with field feedback.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction, earthwork, or heavy civil with field credibility.
• 2+ years working with construction technology either selling/deploying it or as GC/sub-side buyer who rolled it out.
• Experience in business development with quota and pipeline across deal stages.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute GC and earthwork-sub design partner relationships end-to-end.
• Spend time on active job sites to scope earthwork and build trust with site leaders.
• Build deep relationships with field personnel and executives.
• Navigate GC procurement, subcontracting structures, licensing, and COI requirements to mobilize machines.
• Bridge between partners and internal product/ops/engineering to feed field insights into roadmap.
• Refine ICP, segmentation, and partner prioritization based on field learnings.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline with forecasting discipline and reporting.
