Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide complex infrastructure projects across the Northeast. You will apply advanced engineering methods, coordinate with client counterparts, and mentor production staff on multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, proposal support, and ensuring design standards across projects. A PE or advanced degree is preferred, with extensive experience in transportation engineering and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Lead technical engineer on large, complex projects.
Experience communicating industry best practices and risks.
PE certification or higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex projects.
Provides technical expertise and mentoring to project leadership and staff.
Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation for complex projects.
Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
Develops technical consistency across disciplines and processes.
Ensures standard practices are applied consistently.
Performs other duties as assigned.
