JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive a market-leading Infrastructure Monitoring platform within Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms Monitoring.

You will build, operate, and scale observability solutions across Linux, Windows, and hybrid environments, turning telemetry into actionable insights and enabling AI-assisted reliability improvements aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise OS (Linux/Windows) in regulated production environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Infrastructure Monitoring across Linux/Windows estates.
• Strong observability/telemetry knowledge: metrics, logs, events; OpenTelemetry patterns.
• Automation experience: scripting, CI/CD workflows, secure production code and configs.

Responsabilités

• Engineer, operate, and improve Infrastructure Monitoring platforms for availability, performance, security.
• Build and run monitoring across Linux, Windows, and complex networks; onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis while ensuring data sensitivity and validation.
• Design platform services and telemetry collection patterns; implement onboarding patterns for scale.
• Enhance monitoring signal quality via baselining, thresholds, noise reduction, and topology alignment.
• Develop secure automation and production code; review and improve code/configuration.
• Automate platform operations with IaC; drive CI/CD deployment patterns.
• Manage production health: triage, RCA, resilience improvements; align with SLIs/SLOs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and SRE teams for operational readiness.
