JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring an Infrastructure Monitoring Lead Platform Engineer in a role based across Columbus, Jersey City, and Plano.

You will sharpen the firm’s telemetry capabilities, turning data into actionable insights, and drive resilience through AI-assisted automation on a multi-platform environment. You’ll contribute as a hands-on engineer in a fast-paced agile team, delivering secure, scalable monitoring products, and aligning with SLIs/SLOs, RACI processes, and enterprise

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
Proficiency with Linux and/or Windows in regulated production environments.
Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Infrastructure Monitoring solutions.
Solid understanding of observability and telemetry concepts including metrics, logs, and events.
Proficiency in automation and engineering practices including scripting and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Engineer, operate, and improve the firm’s Infrastructure Monitoring platforms for availability, performance, scalability, and security.
Build and run monitoring capabilities across Linux, Windows, and complex networks; manage onboarding and lifecycle.
Use AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate analysis while ensuring data sensitivity controls.
Design and implement platform services, telemetry collection, and dashboards across metrics, logs, and events.
