Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join Corporate Technology and shape infrastructure and performance excellence. You will design, deploy, and support payment infrastructure with hands-on NonStop expertise, ensuring high availability and security for enterprise operations.

Lead engineering efforts across SCF/ZZSTO/ZZZCIP/ZZKRN subsystems, integrate Etinet servers, and partner with SRE/Observability and Cyber teams to validate AI-enabled monitoring and trusted outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of HPE NonStop hardware and architecture.
• Experience configuring Enterprise Secure Key Managers.
• Proficiency with Etinet servers integration.
• Familiarity with HPE NonStop subsystems Mediacom TMF KMSF.
• Experience with SCF ZZSTO ZZZCIP ZZKRN for config and maintenance.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations.
• Experience with AIOps and data telemetry pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HPE NonStop hardware and architecture.
• Manage and configure Enterprise Secure Key Managers for sensitive data.
• Set up and maintain Etinet servers integrated with HPE NonStop systems.
• Understand and support HPE NonStop subsystems and upgrade/installation planning.
• Utilize SCF, ZZSTO, ZZZCIP, ZZKRN for system configuration and monitoring.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices in delivery and automation.
• Leverage AIOps to improve incident triage and detect infrastructure risks.
• Build and curate knowledge bases and runbooks for AI assistants.
• Partner with SRE/Observability and Cyber teams on AI-enabled monitoring.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for compliance and auditability.
