Job summary

Ingo Money, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee deployments, improve reliability, and drive scalable solutions across production environments. You will architect and implement designs, manage capacity, and enforce standards to support rapid product hosting and secure services.

You will mentor engineers, participate in an on-call rotation, and partner with leadership to ensure uptime targets, PCI compliance, and enterprise-grade security across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years in a lead engineer or architect role.
• Mentoring or leading engineers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highly available and reliable systems per business needs.
• Design and deploy IT solutions with high availability targets.
• Maintain compute resource inventory and capacity planning.
• Develop a common design framework for hosting environments.
• Oversee patching and updates for OS/Software/Hardware for security.
• Act as SME for project design and deployments.
• Maintain PCI security/compliance posture and controls.
• Manage network perimeter security (Fortinet) and edge/DNS (Cloudflare).
• Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
