Job summary

Ingo Money is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Alpharetta, GA. This hands-on leadership role oversees deployment engineering, reliability, and scalability across production environments, with a focus on PCI compliance and enterprise-grade hosting solutions.

The role combines engineering skills with mentoring; expected to drive standard designs, capacity planning, and on-call coverage while coordinating with the VP of Technology Operations and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in system operations, information technology, computer science or MIS (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years as IT technician/analyst with increasing responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years in lead engineer/architect role.

Responsibilities

• Apply IT operations best practices to enable highly available systems and processes.
• Design and deploy IT tech solutions to meet high availability targets.
• Maintain compute resource inventory to forecast capacity for growth and new products.
• Develop a common design and deployment framework for legacy and new hosting.
• Establish patching methodology for OS, software and hardware security.
• Operate as SME for in-scope technologies in project design and deployments.
• Ensure solutions meet PCI security requirements and controls.
• Maintain firewall and edge security posture (Fortinet, Cloudflare).
• Own disaster recovery and business continuity across production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
