JPMorganChase & Co. seeks an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the CTO team in delivering scalable infrastructure for BI platforms across Windows/Linux and AWS/SaaS. You will apply deep expertise to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure changes while ensuring security and compliance.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with security, IAM, and SRE teams to modernize platforms and drive reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas including hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation, and performance.
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-assisted recommendations for resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and deliver design/solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure changes for BI platforms across Windows/Linux and AWS/SaaS.
• Automate delivery using Infrastructure as Code and repeatable build/deploy practices.
• Troubleshoot cross-domain issues and drive root cause to resolution.
• Build security/compliance controls and maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Lead cross-team delivery translating requirements into technical designs.
