Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Corporate Audit Services Senior Audit Project Manager to lead audit engagements and coach the team, ensuring high-quality results in line with IIA standards. You will monitor progress, assess work, and develop practical management actions to address identified risks.

The role emphasizes collaboration across the three lines of defense, strong communication, and handling complex credit-risk related audits. On-site work at our Cincinnati area locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and execute audit engagements with minimal supervision.
• Review audit work for accuracy, completeness and adherence to standards.
• Evaluate issues, identify risk exposures and develop action plans.
• Plan engagements by documenting processes, risks, controls and audit programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to audit staff and monitor progress against plan.
