Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of complex administrative or staff experience at Supervising Administrative Assistant III or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates work of analysts serving as technical experts to management.
• Oversees orientation, training, development, and evaluation of supervised employees.
• Reviews work for thoroughness, soundness, and regulatory compliance.
• Confers with administrators and other agencies to discuss programs and exchange information.
• Supervises studies of complex problem areas and implement recommended procedures.
