Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 credit-bearing hours of specialized college-level course work in administration, leadership or management.
• Department of EEC Lead Teacher certification required.
• Demonstrated success in supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Supervision: supervise classroom Teachers, conduct performance reviews and regular assessments.
• Curriculum: design and implement curriculum with trauma-informed practices and Individual Learning Plans.
• Communication: manage parent conferences, progress reports, and family engagement.
• Classroom Management: maintain health and safety standards and organize classroom schedules.
