Infant Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience – Manassas City, VA

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a caring Lead Infant Teacher to guide daily routines in our infant classroom. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants develop secure relationships and early communication skills through consistent care and sensory exploration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
• Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
• Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistencyCommunicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones
• Follow Virginia licensing requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience required
• Experience working in an infant classroom preferred
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
