Job summary

The Learning Experience in Manassas City, VA is hiring an Assistant Teacher for Infant, Toddler & Preschool classrooms. You will work alongside Lead Teachers to create a safe, engaging environment where children learn through play and daily routines.

The ideal candidate has childcare experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a collaborative spirit. Training, ongoing development, and a supportive team are provided.

Assistant Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience - Manassas City, VA

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Assistant Teacher – Infant, Toddler & Preschool Classrooms

The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our early childhood classrooms. Working alongside Lead Teachers, you will help create a safe, positive environment where children learn through play, daily routines, and meaningful relationships.

This position is ideal for someone with childcare experience who enjoys being part of a collaborative teaching team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Teachers with classroom routines and learning activities

• Help prepare classroom materials and learning centers
