Job summary

The Learning Experience in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Infant / Toddler Teacher to support early development in a nurturing classroom. You will help with routines, feeding, diapering, and age-appropriate activities while fostering confidence and communication in infants and toddlers.

This full-time position requires prior childcare experience and adherence to Virginia licensing. CDA preferred but not required; training and family communication are important, along with keeping a safe, organized

• Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred.
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Infant / Toddler Teacher

Location: The Learning Experience – Ashburn, VA

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.
