The Learning Experience in Manassas City, VA is seeking a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. You will nurture and support infants 6 weeks to 12 months through responsive caregiving and meaningful interactions.

This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement through our franchise network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous childcare experience required.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Must meet all Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental learning activities.
• Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and updates.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care.
• Follow all Virginia childcare licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
