As a Lead Infant Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:


· Curriculum: Create and execute age appropriate lesson plans and exercises that meet children's needs across all areas of development. · Individualized Guidance: Perceive and address the individual needs of each child to help them grow to their highest potential. · Parent Correspondence: Maintain open and positive communication with parents about their little learner's days. · Group Cooperation: Work cooperatively with our school team to promote a positive and nurturing environment for all. · Keep a Protected Climate: Guarantee the security and prosperity of all kids by complying with wellbeing and security rules.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
  • Previous experience as an Infant/Toddler Teacher or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.

  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • Have a CDA, Associates Degree in ECE or related field
  • High school diploma/GED (required)
