Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support natural development. You will observe, prepare, and nurture each child, honoring their rhythms and needs while partnering with families for growth.

The role requires Montessori certification interest or diploma, experience with infants, and a Bachelor’s degree. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and a 75% tuition discount for up to two children.

Qualifications

• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field) accepted.
• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification.
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in group care.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Respect and follow each child’s natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration.
