Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing simulation/engineering experience.
• Experience with discrete-event simulation tools (Emulate 3D, AnyLogic, Arena, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed simulation models of manufacturing lines and end-to-end processes.
• Build emulation environments to test automation equipment and MES interactions.
• Validate model accuracy via data analysis and time studies with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate capacity, bottlenecks, and throughput.
• Provide ROI analyses and technical justification for capital investments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate simulation into project execution.
