Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
• 5+ years leading increasing complexity and scale of capital projects.
• 2+ years people management (selection, development)

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead medium to large capital projects with external resources.
• Provide technical leadership and apply engineering principles to solve problems.
• Drive capital project milestones, schedules, and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Champion the Capital Project Management process and One-Right-Way approach.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated systems and improvements.
