Job summary

Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company is hiring an Industrial Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial facilities from inception to completion. You will ensure client specifications, budget constraints, and timelines are met while coordinating across departments and managing safety and quality.

The role requires at least 6 years of PM experience, including 3 years in industrial projects; Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; 10+ years of construction PM experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years on industrial projects.
• Portfolio of completed industrial projects valued at $25 million or more, including budget and schedule responsibility.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and MS Office; Primavera P6 a plus.
• Strong communication skills; effective team negotiations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Industrial project delivery: oversee planning and execution of projects valued at $25M+ within scope, time, and budget.
• Team leadership: mentor PMs, APMs, and project engineers to foster growth.
• Cost management: monitor cost projections, develop strategies, and oversee subcontractor budgets.
• Compliance and quality: ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Scheduling: develop and manage schedules; track critical dates and deadlines weekly.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with superintendents, site visits, and issue resolution.
