Reser's Fine Foods in North Carolina is seeking an experienced MT 1/2 Industrial Technician to perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery at our facility. The role requires strong multi-craft skills and the ability to lead maintenance projects.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, develop PM procedures, estimate costs and timelines, and escalate issues to keep production lines running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in electrical, fabrication, machining, etc.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Lead projects from a CapEx and CI perspective.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance procedures through PMO activities.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs and programmable devices.
• Estimate costs and timelines for equipment breakdowns and improvements.
• Escalate machine breakdowns to managers if not resolved on time.
• Perform facilities-related duties and special projects as assigned.
