Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain and repair production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes preventative and urgent maintenance, with leadership responsibilities and project involvement in CapEx and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a technical certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Technical certification (or demonstrated equivalent) required.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and urgent maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Lead projects from CapEx and CI perspectives as needed.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance procedures.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs and related programmable devices.
• Provide solutions with cost/timeline estimates for improvements.
• Escalate breakdowns if not resolved on schedule.
