Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Missouri is seeking an Industrial Maintenance professional for the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am, Sunday–Thursday) with starting pay $29.05 per hour plus a $1 shift premium.

You will lead and train technicians to use preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment running. The role requires deep knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus the ability to read schematics and diagnose PLC-controlled CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technical employees to utilize preventive maintenance as the proactive means of controlling machine uptime.
• Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagout.
• Perform routine oil filtration / removal and filter changes on equipment.
• Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and diagnose issues.
• Diagnose technical problems on PLC-controlled CNC machines and PM programs.
