Cargill, Inc Mason City is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time role with a 12-hour night shift. The position involves performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across the facility, using power tools, hand tools, and precision maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions and in elevated/ confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance across the facility
• Operate common maintenance tools and equipment
• Work in 1–2 trades (electrical, mechanical, welding, etc.) and read schematics/blueprints
• Document work in maintenance software and pursue continuous improvement of operations
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment according to safety procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety policies
