Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to pass a 2-hour Ramsay skills test.
• Proficiency in welding, cutting, soldering, and brazing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, install, fabricate, repair, and maintain plant equipment such as piping, drives, conveyors, motors, and cranes.
• Perform on-site repairs of hydraulic systems, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Use machine tools, welding, cutting, soldering, and related skills to complete jobs.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and determine corrective procedures.
• Use lasers and portable tools for precise alignments.
• Read sketches and blueprints to design and fabricate parts.
