Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician for a company based in Alpharetta, GA. This is a great opportunity to join a respected company with over 40 years of industry experience. I n this role, you will have the opportunity to take the next step in your maintenance career leading projects and coordinating their skilled maintenance team in a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity !

Pay Rate
$3 4 .00 to $36.00 per hour , can increase based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility, including scheduling and assigning tasks to maintenance technicians .

• Assist with planning and execution of maintenance projects, including preventive maintenance programs and special installations .

• Support hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment inspections when required

• Work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment efficiency.

• Maintain organized maintenance logs, records, and work orders using CMMS or internal tracking systems

• Additional related job duties as assigned , and ensuring safety protocols and policies are followed at all times.

Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.

• Prior experience coordinating or leading maintenance activities or teams.

• Familiarity with CMMS software or other maintenance tracking systems are highly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

• Drug screening and background check are required at time of hire.
