Job summary
Liberty Diversified International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Tech III to lead maintenance of manufacturing equipment, perform complex troubleshooting, and drive reliability for our Phoenix-based facility.
The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, leadership experience, and the ability to mentor junior technicians; overtime and weekend coverage may be required at times.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Implement solutions and perform repairs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop prevention strategies.
- Oversee installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
- Mentor and train junior technicians; maintain maintenance records.
