Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to support an industrial equipment manufacturer in Honey Brook, PA. This on-site role focuses on coordinating all facets of project execution, customer liaison, and ensuring technical requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of heavy industrial equipment project management, experience interpreting ASME and AWS standards, and strong scheduling/estimating skills to drive on-time,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in heavy industrial equipment or manufacturing project management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes such as ASME and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Gantt charts) and project estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; related experience may supplement education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills with focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project deliverables by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning resources efficiently.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution.
• Translate customer specifications into clear project goals and deliverables, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, including risk mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, adjusting plans to stay within budget and timeline.
