Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Travel: 0–25%.
• Weekdays 7 am–5 pm with flexible scheduling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Champion safety and ergonomic compliance (OSHA and ISO standards) in all designs.
