Faith Technologies is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product to optimize manufacturing and operational systems across multiple sites. You will apply advanced analysis, design-for-manufacturing, and continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, cost, safety, and scalability.

The role involves leading cross-functional projects, setting standards, and driving data-driven decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• Travel: 0-25%
• Work Schedule: 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday; flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA and tolerance analysis.
• Lead NPI industrialization with layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and KPI development.
• Champion safety and ergonomic compliance (OSHA/ISO) in designs.
