Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product, to optimize manufacturing and operational systems across sites with advanced analysis, design-for-manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methods.

You’ll drive cross-functional projects and deploy tools to improve productivity, quality, cost, safety, and scalability. The role leads time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling, shaping standards for others to follow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience.
• 0-25% travel.
• Flexible schedule; hours roughly 7 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis.
• Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations.
• Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments.
• Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies.
• Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership.
• Champion safety and ergonomic compliance (OSHA and ISO standards) in all process and layout designs.
