Job summary

DP Electric, a premier commercial electrical contractor, seeks a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects across Arizona. You will read prints, bend conduit, complete terminations, and ensure NEC compliance on site, whether solo or with a crew.

As a licensed tradesperson, you will model clean, code-compliant work, lead by example for apprentices, and help build a path toward field leadership while enjoying our ESOP, DP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of commercial electrical installation and maintenance experience.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience; Arizona does not require a state license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other components.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute accurate installations.
• Ensure NEC compliance and local codes; conduct safety inspections.
• Coordinate with other trades and mentor apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed and materials used.
