Job summary

Felix Construction is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Phoenix to lead on-site electrical crews for water and wastewater facilities. Plan, direct, and execute electrical work, read blueprints, and coordinate with project teams to meet daily targets while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work with leadership experience and OSHA 10, offering steady hours and a collaborative ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 8 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, ladder diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with conduit bending and installation (½” to 4”), switchgear setup, and control wiring.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for jobsite documentation.
• Clear communicator with inspectors, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews in installation and wiring of RTUs, VFDs, LCPs, switchgear, field instrumentation, and other industrial equipment.
• Interpret and execute work packages, electrical drawings, and MOPOs (Method of Procedure).
• Ensure crews follow all safety procedures, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA 70, and company safety protocols.
• Coordinate material delivery, inspect inventory, and manage tools and equipment on-site.
• Collaborate with superintendents and project managers to meet daily and weekly goals aligned with project schedules.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced electricians and laborers.
• Track crew hours and complete weekly timecards accurately.
