Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company - USA is seeking a Master Industrial Electrician to lead electrical maintenance at our manufacturing site. You will design, install, and sustain electrical systems, diagnose issues, and implement improvements for uptime and safety.

You’ll mentor technicians and drive Lean practices while ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E. We value hands-on expertise with 480V/277V/240V systems, PLCs (ladder logic), and motor controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Master Electrician license or ability to obtain it within employment.
• Industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance, rebuilds, new installations, and capital electrical projects.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, motor controls, and plant power distribution.
• Install and wire 3‑phase and single‑phase systems: motors, transformers, PLCs, switches, sensors.
• Complete work orders and reports in company systems with accuracy.
• Provide technical direction and training; mentor team members; support Lean and BAC‑X initiatives.
