Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance and Reliability team. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle work orders, and repair facility equipment, adhering to safety rules and BAC procedures.

You will document activities and collaborate with shift teams in a manufacturing environment. Prospective candidates should have 1–2 years in industrial maintenance, strong communication, and basic electrical, mechanical, and LEAN knowledge.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated competent writing skills including documenting processes clearly and concisely.
• Strong verbal communication with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PM’s, work orders, and repairs for facility and equipment safely and with quality.
• Meet daily work order production or project milestones.
• Replenish supplies and document activities.
• Build/fabricate jigs and templates per design; assemble units per blueprints.
