• Oversee estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
• Manage contract negotiations and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with owners and design teams during early development.
• Ensure accuracy of project estimates.
• Lead owner proposal meetings and provide value-engineering solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Organize and manage multiple project activities within schedule and budget.
• Make decisions under tight deadlines and resolve challenges.
