Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation, a leading national design-build general contractor, is seeking Project Managers to support mission-critical data center, advanced technology, and industrial construction projects. You will oversee project execution from planning through turnover and maintain strong owner and design-team communication.

The role requires solid project-management fundamentals and experience with complex construction.

Qualifications

• Ground-up and/or complex construction experience.
• Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Open to project-related travel.
• Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex sectors are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from planning through turnover.
• Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership.
• Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Maintain strong owner and design-team communication.
• Develop APMs and Project Engineers.
