Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the project team and assume full responsibility for the success of assigned projects, focusing on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and strong owner/subcontractor relationships.

The role covers ground-up commercial construction across diverse sectors and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience on projects ranging from $10M to $35M+.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience overseeing ground up, new commercial construction projects.
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $10M-$35M+.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges on assigned projects.
• Effective communication and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and have overall responsibility for project success focusing on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and owner/subcontractor relations.
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion.
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to management.
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, schedule adherence and budget.
• Foster strong partnership with owner to support repeat business and project growth.
• Produce and assist in close-out documentation.
