Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction programs across industrial, data center, and advanced technology sectors. You will drive planning, procurement, and subcontractor management while coordinating schedules and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder.
• Strong financial and project-controls capabilities.
• Ability to travel or accept assignments based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through closeout.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, and change management.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendent and field leadership.
• Maintain owner and design-team relationships.
