Job summary

US FUSION & Specialty Construction, LLC is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from initiation to closeout. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial PM, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and experience with geosynthetics/HDPE fusion or related specialty construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Engineering/Business/Industrial Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial construction.
• Experience with geosynthetics installation, HDPE fusion, environmental or civil construction projects preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and contract administration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling/estimating software a plus (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Serve as primary client liaison between US FUSION, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and labor resources.
• Monitor productivity, schedule performance, quality, and cost; manage change orders and claims.
• Prepare monthly project reports and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
