Job summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from hand-off through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and safety, while guiding a team of PE’s and APM’s to achieve on-time, quality delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction experience, a BS in Engineering, and strong communication and organizational skills. This on-site role offers growth within a premier commercial contractor with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years of relatable construction experience.
• Creative and results-oriented with urgency and motivation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project start-up and close-out meetings and documentation.
• Develop and manage project budgets and weekly updates.
• Plan and cascade project schedules with field teams.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety plans with the Regional Safety Manager.
• Prepare progress reports and elevate project risks.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and laws.
