Job summary

Kinsley Construction Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager for its industrial services team. The PM will run projects in and around the Mid-Atlantic region, with emphasis on self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright, and pipefitting.

A minimum of five years of PM experience and an engineering/CM degree are preferred. This safety-sensitive role requires strong communication, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, with extensive travel and a focus on client relations and

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience in industrial/construction.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience.
• Willingness to travel in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA/MSHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and field staff.
• Interface with clients to negotiate changes and maintain relationships.
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with policies.
