CDM Smith is seeking professionals to contribute to large-scale industrial automation projects. You will work on PLC programming, SCADA system design, instrumentation design, and modernization of legacy controls.

Responsibilities include creating diagrams, IO lists, P&IDs, control graphics, and participating in FATs and field inspections, with leadership in testing and startup activities and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties.

Responsabilités

• Developing network architecture diagrams, instrument datasheets, I/O lists, P&IDs, electrical component interconnection diagrams, control system databases, process control graphics, and controller programming.
• Developing basic technical memoranda related to design issues for clients.
• Preparing preliminary design reports (PDRs) under limited supervision.
• Coordinating design reconciliation with clients.
• Lead testing and startup team for basic to moderately complex instrumentation, controls and related systems independently with minimal supervision.
